Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearing 30 and 38 series, as an important member of the bearing family, is widely used in various mechanical equipment with its excellent load-bearing capacity and stability.
1. Material selection and preparation
When manufacturing double row angular contact ball bearings 30 and 38 series, you first need to select high-quality materials. Usually, the inner and outer rings of the bearings are made of high-strength and high-wear-resistant alloy steel, while the rolling elements are made of precision-ground steel balls. These materials have good mechanical properties and stability, which is the basis for ensuring the high quality of the bearings.
2. Processing and manufacturing
The bearing ring is the main component of the bearing, including the inner and outer rings. During the manufacturing process, the raw materials are processed into inner and outer ring blanks that meet the requirements through precision lathe processing, and then the blanks are processed into precise thickness and size through grinding machine processing. Next, the inner and outer rings are ground. The outer ring enters the grinder, and through the precise grinding process, its surface is ground into a precise circle and the accuracy of the diameter is ensured. The inner ring is also processed by a similar grinding process to meet high precision requirements. In order to ensure the rolling performance of the bearing, the raceways of the inner and outer rings need to be ground. Using a grinding machine with oily coolant, the raceways are machined to precise roundness and size to ensure smooth rolling of the steel balls on the raceways. The rolling element is another important component of the bearing. The raw material for making the ball is steel wire, which is finally made into a steel ball that meets the requirements after cutting, punching, rounding and smoothing. The processed inner and outer rings and balls are assembled. The steel balls are evenly arranged in the raceways through an automatic assembly machine, and the balls are fixed on the raceways using a cage. Finally, quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the performance of the bearing meets the requirements.
3. Quality inspection and packaging
During the manufacturing process, the bearings are subjected to multiple quality inspections to ensure their performance and quality. The inspection contents include size, precision, hardness, load capacity, etc. After passing the inspection, they are cleaned and dried, and rust-proof and lubricated. Finally, the bearings are packaged for transportation and storage.
